1. Who we are

Alhomsi Dev is the trading name of an independent software developer based in Türkiye, operating as a sole trader rather than an incorporated company. We design and publish desktop applications for Microsoft Windows. You can reach us at contact@alhomsi.dev.

2. What we sell

We sell downloadable desktop applications. Each application is a one-time purchase: you pay once and receive a perpetual licence to use the version you bought. We do not sell subscriptions, and no recurring charge is ever made against your payment method by us or on our behalf.

We do not perform work to order, host anything for you, or operate any part of your systems. What you receive is the software itself.

3. Licence

When you buy an application, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use it, subject to these terms. You own the licence; you do not own the software itself, and all intellectual property in it remains ours.

You may

• Install and use the application for personal or business purposes.
• Install it on the number of devices stated on the product page for that application.
• Keep using the version you purchased for as long as you like.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the application or your licence key.
• Share your licence key publicly or with people outside your licence.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the application, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
• Remove or alter any copyright, licensing or attribution notices.
• Circumvent licence checks or trial limitations.

If you breach these restrictions, the licence terminates and you must stop using the application and delete your copies.

4. Prices, payment and tax

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record and seller of record for every purchase made on alhomsi.dev. When you buy, your contract of sale for the payment is with Paddle.com Market Ltd, which collects the payment, calculates and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice.

We never see, handle or store your card details. Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and match the merchant catalogue exactly. The same applications are also listed on the Microsoft Store in local currency, where Microsoft sets and collects the price. Depending on your location, tax may be added at checkout and shown before you confirm.

Applications also published on the Microsoft Store may be bought there instead. Those purchases are made from and fulfilled entirely by Microsoft under its own terms, and are not covered by this section.

5. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and electronic. As soon as your payment completes, Paddle.com Market Ltd emails your receipt, and your download link and licence key appear in your account at alhomsi.dev/en/account. Sign in with Google using the same email address you used at checkout to see them.

There is no physical shipment and nothing is posted to you. If your download link or licence key has not appeared within a few minutes of payment, contact us and we will resolve it.

6. Free trials

Some applications offer a time-limited free trial. The length of the trial and what it includes are stated on that application’s product page. A trial requires no payment details and does not convert into a purchase or a subscription. When it expires, the application stops working until a licence key is entered.

7. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Trials exist so you can evaluate an application before paying; we encourage you to use them.

8. Updates

We may release updates to an application. Updates within the version line you purchased are provided at no additional cost when we make them available. We do not promise a fixed release schedule, a specific future feature, or that any given update will be produced.

We may at our discretion release a future major version as a separate paid product. If we do, your existing licence continues to work for the version you bought.

9. Customer support

If an application does not work as described, write to contact@alhomsi.dev and we will try to help. This is assistance with the product you bought; it is not a paid engagement, a maintenance contract, or work carried out on your systems.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use our applications to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or process material you have no right to process. You are responsible for the content you put through them and for complying with the rules that apply to your own business.

11. Your data

Our applications run locally on your computer. They do not upload your video, documents, sales records or other content to us. What this website collects, and why, is set out in our privacy policy.

12. Warranty disclaimer

The applications are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every configuration of hardware and software.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of an application.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an application is limited to the amount you paid us for that application in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups. This matters particularly for applications that store business records on your machine.

14. Termination

Your licence lasts until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the application and deleting your copies. Termination does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
