alhomsi.dev provides web hosting, server management, database solutions, and related infrastructure services. We offer various hosting plans and technical support to help you deploy and maintain your web applications.

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Payment is due immediately upon subscription. We accept payments through Paddle.com, our payment processor.

• Monthly plans are billed every 30 days
• Annual plans are billed every 365 days with applicable discounts
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Taxes may apply based on your location

4. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for all our hosting services. In the event of extended downtime due to our infrastructure issues, we will provide service credits as compensation.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must not use our services for illegal activities or spam
• You are responsible for backing up your data

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will be discontinued. We will provide reasonable notice before termination unless termination is due to breach of terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

alhomsi.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
